September is finally here, which means the season finale of Jessie is RIGHT around the corner. On September 19th, one of the parts of the finale will start off. Jessie [Debby Ryan] will be finding a stranger who ends up getting closer to her than expected. You also wouldn't be able to guess who this stranger is also close to her besides her...In the promo, we see Jessie being taught skating lessons, which leads her to falling into this new man's arms. This new man is named Brooks[Pierson Fode]. Brooks and Jessie click immediately and head out on a date. On this date, they're interrupted by no one other than Chesterfields, who turns out to be Brooks's mother. DUNDUNDUN. Chesterfields definitely has a loud opinion about the relationship...What do you think of the promo so far? How are you feeling about the fact that these two might possibly be getting married soon? Will Tessie survive these episodes? Will Tony and Jessie ever rekindle?
On August 14th, things got super weird in not only our lives, but in Debby Ryan's. If you know of The Fine Brothers on Youtube.com, you've probably have seen their endless amounts of react videos. They take a group of kids, teens and elderly and make them watch the most viral videos on the internet at the moment. When they watch these videos, a lot of things pop into their mind. Ranging from creepy to the creepiest. As they're watching it, their facial expressions say everything. Then, they open it all up with a question portion. What they say in that is basically spot on. You will be nodding and saying "I feel that" the entire time. Well, maybe not those exact words, but you get the point. Fans get to vote for the videos that they want to see these people react to and whichever gets the most likes in the comment section, wins! Well, The Fine Brothers decided to pump things up another level in a special react video. The Fine Brothers decided to take on people in the lime light. Some of these people were the one and only Debby Ryan, Emily Osment, James Van Der Beek, Sarah Hyland, Tony Hawk, Nick Cannon and more! In this video, we get to see IceJJFish, a promposal to Kate Upton, and lastly some really questionable Japanese commercials. Like, supremely QUESTIONABLE. All the reactions in the video are hysterical and easy to agree with. Check out the video below. You will be either laughing or cringing. Just a little warning. Do you agree with Debby? A few days ago, Debby and her band took their lyrics and music to the stage. At the concert, Debby and the band had their closest friends and family members there. Her best friend Emma, who she knew since seventh grade, came in a week earlier just to attend the concert. Her boyfriend Josh Dun attended, friend and past cast member Rachael Bell who played Addison in Suite Life attended, Dustin Heveron attended and more! Debby's parents also made sure to be there in support of their lovely daughter taking on this new path. It was definitely refreshing to see how many people Debby has in her life that care about her. Along with her friends and family, fans also attended! The fans ages varied, but they were all there. They all attended to support her, the band and those stories. Lucky for us who couldn't attend, we were able to scoop some rad pictures from the show! & Shine On Media also happened to be there to capture some of the songs! One of them is called "Dollar Store Locket," which she has talked about before, but was cut out of the EP. It's one of those songs that you'll instantly love. Throughout Debby's entire performance, she has a smile on her face and a ton of sass. "Dollar Store Locket""Before I Go Upstairs" "When The Dark Falls" Crossovers are always fun and it looks like Jessie has another special Christmas one coming up! In Season 4, we're set to see a crossover between the show "Liv and Maddie" and "Jessie". Along with the cast of "Liv and Maddie," we also get to see another face returning! Maia Mitchell will be reprising her role as Shaylee Michaels, superstar actress, in this crossover! If you don't remember who Shaylee is, she's the girl who Jessie met who was filming the movie that Jessie got to play her stunt double in! From the pictures behind the scenes on set, it looks like there's some Hawaiian theme going on. Will there be a Ross and Rooney vacation that will end up with the families bumping into each other? And how will Shaylee fit into this plot again? Guess we have to wait and see...Be on the look out as the Christmas season comes closer! Debby and The Never Ending are about to take their music to the physical stage. Last August, Debby stated that she was planning to play for people in public. She wanted to tour as many places as possible to give people a taste of the real her. She said she would love to do a tour, and now she's taking the beginning steps to getting there. Right now, her band is performing at The Glass House in Pamona, California. First stop is home, it looks like. If you want to see the bands words come to life even more in front of you, you should buy a ticket. When you enter that concert, prepare to cherish all those words. They're going to be coming alive more than ever right before your eyes. The songs have so much depth to them already, but seeing them sang in person has something special about it to appreciate. You all will feel connected in that room. You will feel yourself begin to be lost in it. The tickets are only twenty dollars and you can even purchase them at the door! They're amazingly cheap, considering you're going to be in store for a one of a kind show! Debby's not taking advantage of her star status with this concert. She's letting people see the real her. She's sharing a piece of her life. It's more about the passion behind the stories than what she can get out of you. If you also attend the concert, Debby has a few things up her sleeve for you. She's planning on introducing a couple new songs that weren't featured on the album! One of these songs is called "Follow," which she posted on her band Instagram! It's a little snipet video of all of them chilling out on her couch making the acoustic version of it. The song "Follow" also has Kyle Moore doing some vocals with Debby! You can tell the song is about someone she's attached to...maybe Joshua Dun, possibly? Either way, it's a super beautiful song. Hearing how she takes on each word of the lyrics is purely unique and creative. What her and her band are putting together is truly art.
Now, you're probably wondering if she has any more performances near you going on. If you are, you're may be in luck. Debby and The Never Ending are planning to go back to Debby's roots in Texas to perform a concert at Six Flags! She's going to be in Arlington, TX on July 26th! She'll be performing at Six Flags in the Music Mill Theater! If you wanna check her out there, the tickets are only ten dollars, plus the admission for parking! Six Flags is a theme park filled with rides and thrills. Now, it's going to be fillerd with some "Never Ending" music. Even before the concert, you can have a blast. There's more than one good reason to attend! June 24th was the day that Debby Ryan was finally able to express herself with her band-mates from "The Never Ending". Debby, Johnny, Carman, Edwin, Kyle and Harry released the album and fans loved it. The album had this unique balance. The album started off with the slowness of "Mullholland Drive" and then things were kicked up another level with "Ruthless". The album kept up this repetition of a relaxing slow smoothness, which would then transition to a sassy rock song. When it came to the album, Debby was nervous to do it at first, but her brother, Chase Ryan, who was also the producer, convinced her into it. After hearing what the album had to offer, it went above so many expectations. Chase had the perfect kind of faith in his younger sister. The lyrics may be Debby's words, but Chase definitely deserves a large amount of credit for the album, as well. He's the one who got her there. He's the one who gave her the courage and put together the instrumentals of the album with her and her band. The Ryan family bond is strong.
Debby is an actress on the Disney Channel and when you're on the Disney Channel, they have a good amount of control over what you do on their channel. They have this sugarcoated taste with the things they produce. When it comes to singing, Disney Channel has made Debby sing a pop songs for their movies and their shows. When these songs come out in the shows/movies, they do contain autotune, which takes away from Debby's actual talent. With this album, we get to hear the talent that Debby possess with her voice. She brings this smokey sass to each lyric she speaks in the more upbeat songs and this heartfelt sincerity into the slower songs. When it comes to the words, she shifts from one part to another so effortlessly. The album contains five songs. With these five songs, they give you the most perfect first introduction to the actual Debby Ryan. The EP is totally her style and her taste. It totally has her mind in each lyric. You can hear more of her voice rising to the surface. Whether it's through "Mullholland Drive," which slowly begins to open up the record. It's one of those songs you can fall asleep to because of the peacefulness. Debby has a soothing voice as she sings about her new life in California and her journey through all the things she has ran into. Things kick off a little louder in "Ruthless". The beginning is more upbeat than "Mullholland" with the instrumentals and Debby's voice slowly gets more pumped up as the song continues. You can hear the sass in her voice as she sings each line. You can hear her outlook on the situation. Then, with a big bang on the drums, we get to find out the reason why she's never coming back to the guy she's singing about. With this song, the transitions are phenomenal and are so balanced. The hook is totally there. From "Ruthless" things once again get slower with "Before I Go Upstairs". With this song, the melody is soft and the lyrics just draw you in. The instrumentals in the back flow smoothly with Debby's relaxed voice. This is a song that you can't stop analyzing the lyrics. There are several things that Debby could be talking about when she was writing this. Some of these ideas could be about listening to people older to you before they move on and "go upstairs" [to heaven] or it could be about listening to the people who care about you before you "go upstairs" with them to your next chapter, step and journey in life. It could be about going to the next step with someone in a relationship or just a friendship. It could be about being afraid to get close to someone, but then finally letting it happen. The song could either be about growing and how your life intertwines with people as each chapter shifts or it could be about other things. It's definitely one of those songs that you can relate to in anyway. It will grasp your entirety no matter what the context is. When listening to it, you can't help but thinking what could have stricken in Debby to write it. At number four, the song is called "Call Me Up". For Debby, this is her Taylor Swift moment. In the song, Debby basically explains her experiences with this guy in her lyrics. The song just pours out with this edge. It's coated with it entirely. It's a good way to get back at the guy who found it fun to play with her heart and the heart of many others. From the song, it's definitely determined the guy was a MAJOR creep. The next song and last song on the record is "When The Dark Falls" also known as "Waltz". This song is about Debby and her battle against insomnia. The song is hauntingly beautiful and it's hypnotic, in a sense. The instrumentals in the background are unique and it adds another layer and tone. On Instagram, Debby made a video thanking her fans and the people giving her voice and band a chance. She stated how she's glad that people dig her for who she is. Not just who they think she might be. She was definitely happy that people were liking her for who she is and not for her show. She was also happy about the fact that people didn't underestimate her because she works for a kid television network, it seemed! She also stated that this is only the beginning to the ride we have in store when it comes to her music career. Out of five songs, she definitely proved something to everyone. She's more than what meets the eye. At the Thirst Gala, which she attended a few days back, she stated how she's still practicing with her band. We're gonna hear soon more, guys! WOOHOO! All in all, this album will definitely give you the opportunity to get to know Debby. The Debby who is a person and not just a crazy nanny on your TV screen every Friday. It's impossible to not fall in love with this side of Debby. Her album will be on repeat for days. The song has managed to get on the Top 100 list on Itunes and it continues to bring in people. Be one of those people and buy her album! It's only five dollars for this album you wont be able to put down. In my opinion, I think they deserve more. So, tell your friends and tell your family members to pick it up. Tell strangers, even! Just spread the word to thank these people who bring this creativity into our lives. One person saw it, then another and then another. It was a NEVER ENDING cycle of fangirling. The song itself has a very cool tone. All in all, it's just simply beautiful. There is really no other words for it. Debby Ryan has a smooth voice, which flows perfectly with the calm instrumentals that are playing in the background. The song talks about how the light will always shine and how the good will never be erased. There was definitely a lot of thought and passion put into the lyrics. You can feel the emotion in Debby Ryan's voice and it translates so well to the fans. When you hear the lyrics, it's impossible to say that the song doesn't have an impact on your heart. The relationship between Debby's life and everyone else's is there. We all go through things. Another thing that many fans were impressed with was that it sounded like Debby. You were able to pick up her words and her perspective within the song. You could hear the passion so dominantly. You could tell it was her story and came from somewhere within her. It wasn't just a song that Disney made her cover with auto-tune, sparkles and endless loud pop chorus's. There was authenticity to it. This song is definitely something that will prove that she is not just making music because she's part of Disney. Considering she made the album with her band mates independently, it's all controlled by the artists. Check out the song below and watch out for the full album "One," on June 24th!
